I find it bizarre that the server is in the Netherlands, an EU country subject to all kinds of rules and regulations. I would expect the kind of content that is on that site to be hosted outside of civilised jurisdiction. How on earth does that worthless c**t get away with it? I'm surprised that no-one has thought to shell out a few grand to have him wacked.

Essentially he still paid for it & to keep it running, but just let the members practically "own" it in the sense of how it was destined to be managed, including content. Kinda like if a run down car shop owner paid for the property costs, but just let anyone that wanted to, to come in an pickup tools & work on whatever they wanted. It is why in the end he removed the moderators, to further distance himself from blame/without middlemen assigned by him to help keep order, his logic was to be able to shift all blame to members whom posted.

Well the users are to blame and like any normal person why would he want to be involved with that except for the money? Kind of like snapchat and instagram their users can post terrible things but they won't get the blame because thats their users and its almost impossible to mod it all.

Well he intentionally removed all the mods when he made his move to "disown but own" the site from that point on.

They absolutely do get blamed. You are responsible for what gets posted to your website, if you allow users to post freely you need to actively moderate. That's how DMCA works, if you respond to a notice they cannot sue you for copyright. Do not blame anyone but the pedophile behind copp, he did not care what illegal images were shared. I reported an illegal thread to him and he told me to send him $100 to remove the thread.

Too bad. Lots of good friends made, with no way to reach them...because of the loose and fast "moderation" it was best to distance one's self. But it was like heroine. You know its bad for you but you keep going back.

If he thinks he can fund a site, not moderate the site at all, and simply profit from the users' illegal behaviour without any consequences for himself then he is sadly mistaken. He should have consulted a lawyer. Or maybe read the news. I'm sure you all recall the recent case of the forum that hosted revenge porn. The authorities went after the site owner, not the users. The idea that a site owner can simply get users to sign an agreement that absolves him of all responsibility is infantile. No user contract will absolve the site owner of his statutory responsibilities.
It's laughable.

I've witnessed countless posts and threads being deleted, including spam. Don't think there was such thing as a system to delete those, I'm willing to bet.

However, he should rot in prison for being a sick fuck and ignoring the huge amount of child porn being posted there each and every day, just for him to earn some extra bucks. Who knows, maybe he is a pedophile himself.

I loved the concept of the site and like others have already said, it was addictive. That's just human nature some fetishes involved, but messing with kids' photos and pervs abusing them... unacceptable.

Hope that filth is gone for ever, at least from the visible, non-deep web. I'm ashamed that I was even associated with that crap... still regretting it.

I can't say I noticed that. There were links to unsees in the Chat-box which occasionally contained a few dodgy pics, but even then not as many as got deleted just because people COULD delete them.

Not gonna start ranting, but there was a 40-50 pages long thread *probably spam* of kids aged 11-14 fingering themselves on camera, all of which got posted in like 2-3 DAYS. Not to mention all the creeps posting kids in "Which pic you last fapped to" and the admin being cool with all of it.

I joined that site as I liked the concept and it looked like a good community with lots if good topics; but then I quickly discovered I was continually seeing masses of real sketchy content that really disgusted me and made me uncomfortable; I liked the site but at the same time, every time I visited I wondered what sick shit I was going to see next; so I had been second-guessing if I should keep visiting or not as whilst enjoyed the general stuff the other stuff really put me off.

Noticed the site had been down lately and then stumbled across this site, which is good, as I had been trying to find a replacement for that site that actually gets moderated and is all above board - so hopefully I have found it

I think that is hypocrite to talk about "illegal contains" on cum...com in my stay there, i never saw true "pedo" pornography. i saw pics of underages, well, but the pics came from facebooks, insta or similars, not true "pedo" pornography, only "legal" pics. And it's the same of "illegal" or "ethically unacceptable" to share pics from minors of olders, because: are the women aware of their sharing pics? are they ok with the possibility of a hundred of anonymous pervs jerk with their pics? not, they aren't.
