Depends on why it got shut down. If the host was tired of the lack of moderation and disabled their service, nothing will come of this. If police visited the hosting provider and demanded they shut the site down, it's possible they seized the hard drives as well.
If you didn't post child porn they aren't going to waste their time on you.

Well maybe lately law focused more in internet issues of childporn and revenge porn, and finally decided to do something about the site. Too much kid pictures in there, i was surprised how the site could be online for years in the not-deepweb...

Another conspiranoic option is that the site was a big bait for pedos and police theirselves used it to catch pedos, posting these images.

Well lets see the next days, if the site comes back (hope not) or is done for good.

The revenge porn thing/posting women's photos without permission became a surprisingly big deal over the last year or so in areas of Europe.
Never really thought about it, but one women goes to file a complaint about that site allowing her pictures being posted in such a manner, boom site gone. All the unlawful content there would just stack to the reason for it to be shut down at that point.

Then again, the site was under general attack by trolls.
Was only a matter of time before the Admin decided to cut & run, taking his ridiculous ad profits & calling it a day once & for all with the site.
To be honest, it was probably his plan all along for the past 3 years or so, his whole mood changed about 3 years ago as I recall.

So many possibilities, but it's gone so let's just allow the old dead feral dog rot.

Assuming this site will end up the same way is unrealistically pessimistic, Admin here has already spoke about Mods & legit site management.

However, if that steaming shithole HAS gone forever how long would it be before linked images disappeared from Google/Bing image search? Anyone know?

Well i presume that to drop from search engines index as its a 522 error, like 3 to 6 months.. 404 and 403 errors are faster to drop i think.

It takes a lot of time and resources to solve internet crimes. copp.com has always been immoral, but posting fakes and photos from girls facebook is not worth their time. last few years the amount of child porn and revenge porn being posted grew a lot. ok great now where is your proof? that FBI toke them down? I seen Copp was down for like 3 weeks like last year or year before and i went back up. i honestly doubt that its FBI did that site could have been DoSS or something. all we can do it wait but im pretty sure FBI has not found it yet. but if you was to google the full name of the site and look at images its future is pretty fucked to get taken down for good.

The legitimate reason COPP started getting a crackdown was because deepfakes got popular. Once deepfakes got exposed COPP was next. This site seems better though. Reminds me of the earlier days with hot girls in an appropriate age range
